Cancellation or Non-attendance:
If you notify us at least 24 hours before the event that you are unable to attend, your fee will be held in credit against any future events that we organise that you attend. We regret that we are unable to refund your full fee in money form because we have paid commission and card-processing charges to Amazon UK plus charges by our own bank.

Cancellation or Non-attendance that has NOT been notified to us at least 24 hours before the event will NOT BE REFUNDED.

Undesirable Condition or Behaviour:
We reserve the right to refuse admittance, or to expel from the premises, anyone we have reasonable grounds to suspect may be unwell, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or whose attendance might be otherwise disturbing or disruptive to other attendees. In these situations we are unable to offer any refund of fee.

Medical or Injury Conditions:
We assume that anyone attending this event is in good health and reasonable fitness and has no known medical, mental or disability condition. If this is not the case, YOU MUST SEEK medical advice, notify us IN ADVANCE and gain our agreement to your participation - in any of these aforementioned circumstances attendance is entirely at your own risk.

Should you feel unwell or become injured during the event, you must inform the person supervising the event immediately.
