Integrating the 3 Minds - Negative, Positive & Intelligent
A physical challenge / "ordeal" based on the Celtic tradition music of "Fisherman's Blues"...
Well I know I will be loosened
From bonds that hold me fast
That the chains all hung around me
Will fall away at last
And on that fine and fate-ful day
I will take me in my hands
I will ride on the train!
I will be the fisherman!
With light in my head...
Beyond the negative and positive minds lies the connection to spirit - letting go of ego and being "danced by Spirit" while energised by the integrated energies of the negative and positive minds. This is gateway to the Ecstatic Dance experience. To live this dance is to live a joyful life!
In the shamanic tradition, challenges or ordeals - such as Sweatlodge, Vision Quest, Firewalking - take us out of our comfort zone and are used as a way of building inner strength: courage, determination, resourcefulnes, alignment with spirit, wisdom and purpose.
Real (i.e. grounded in everyday experience) healing requires inner strength - often external support too! - because changing our lifestyle patterns and personal reality is risky and uncomfortable - our old familiar patterns (rut)and those of people around us may keep drawing us back into addiction, dysfunction or illusion.
Opening to Mindfulness via Transactional Analysis (resources): Self-Awareness, Interpersonal Awareness, Situational Awareness
Re-visiting the Energetic Healing Circle - deeper level:
How to Transform a state of Low Spirits, Depression, Desolation, Hoplessness or Misery
An ARAMAIC CHANTING & SYMBOLIC POSTURE & MOVEMENT RITUAL that can re-engage a lost sense of "harmonious flow" and uplift our mood and spirits. Based on the healing wisdom of the 1st Beatitude from the Sermon on the Mount by Yeshua (Jesus) (the Beatitudes are also found in the Dead Sea Scrolls of the Essenes which were written before Jesus was born) and the music, zikr movements & healing wisdom insights of Sufi Master Saadi (Dr. Neil Douglas-Klotz). This ritual can be undertaken alone, with a partner or in a group at times when we (or our healee) are feeling very low. This Beatitude (= blessing) contains the mystical truth that when we are at a low ebb we are (literally!") within a breath of the "Kingdom/Queendom" of "heaven" (i.e. the feeling of "oneness", belonging, life-purpose, fulfilment, divine connection) which is at the heart of the shamanic path and lifestyle. The Traditional 16th century English (King James Bible) rendering of the Beatitude is: "Blessed are the Poor in Spirit; for Theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven" The following Aramaic translations come from "Prayers of the Cosmos: Meditations on the Aramaic Words of Jesus" (Amazon UK details):
Happy and aligned with the One are those who find their home in the Breath; to them belong the inner Kingdom and Queendom of Heaven
Blessed are those who are refined in Breath - they shall find their ruling principles and ideals guided by Godís Light
Tuned to the Source are those who live by breathing Unity; their "I can!" is included in Godís
Healed are those who devote themselves to the link of Spirit; the design of the Universe is rendered through their form

An (unstructured) Shamanic Journey plus Journey Sharing
A Parting Blessing - "May the road rise with you!"
This ancient Irish/Celtic Blessing draws on "The 4 Elements": Earth, Air, Water & Fire [warmth] and embodies the 3 key aspects of a Parting Blessing: Sadness (that our time together is over), Well-wishing (for each other's future) & Appreciation (for who you are, and for being part of my life's journey!).
We incorporate this old saying into a beautiful Blessing Ritual dance created by the "Dances of Universal Peace UK" movement.
