Basic Principles & Practices Experience the Magic, Mystery & Delight! Indoor & outdoor activities. Connecting to nature, spirit & community as well as our own deep intuitive wisdom. We will be drawing on ancient and modern Shamanic approaches to awakening and harmonising our inner world of conscious and unconscious mind PLUS finding increased harmony and inspiration via contact with nature, with our earthly brothers and sisters and with the Spirit World (however we personally conceive this). We will be outside for part of the day, as the weather allows - connecting with seasonal nature wisdom in woodland and meadow. PROGRAMME INCLUDES...

Shamanism Drumming, Journeying & Movement Medicine For Experienced Practitioners Drum, Rattle, Journey & Dance Your Path! The shamanic lifestyle is an ancient and natural approach to life/ourself/the world, in which our conscious and unconscious minds, ego and soul, emotional needs & social connections, responsibilities and contributions are brought into integrated alignment. This is achieved by regular spiritual practise, including smudging ceremony, sacred 7 directions ritual, energising and healing circle dances and drummed shamanic journeys to consult our spirit guides and connect with any "power animal" or "totem" archetypal quality that we could usefully cultivate and express in our daily life right now. Shamanic Drumming Circle Open to All Experienced Practitioners Each session begins with spontaneous, co-creative drum-jamming for fun, stress-release, energising and self-expression, moving gradually to more disciplined rhythms and the drumming of sacred space for a shamanic journey.
Rhythmic drumming has the power to calm, center, lift depression, release anger and stress emotions, boost the immune system, enhance health and stress-resistance.
